The random celebrity arrest streak continues! Ricardo Chavira of Desperate Housewives fame was arrested for DUI early this morning in L.A.
The 39-year-old actor was pulled over for a routine traffic stop at around 2 a.m. and reports say cops allegedly smelled alcohol on his breath.
Chavira was given field sobriety tests but they didn't go so well.
Cops arrested him on suspicion of DUI after Chavira refused to take a blood or breath test. He was taken to a nearby jail for processing.
He's currently being held on $25,000 bail. No word if he and Andy Dick, who was also arrested last night, were thrown in the same cell.
Just kidding. It was a different city. Still a funny image, though.
