Ex-Destiny's Child singer Farrah Franklin, who left the group when Beyonce and Kelly Rowland gave her the boot, got popped for disturbing the peace over the weekend.
Farrah claims she's the victim of racial profiling insisting police "manhandled" her when they took her into custody. She is threatening to sue over the whole incident.

Farrah Franklin was charged with disorderly conduct in Culver City, Calif., after an incident in which sources close to the situation say alcohol was involved.
She was released from custody later that day on $100 bail.
