It's been a long time coming, but Law & Order: SVU actress Mariska Hargitay and her husband, Peter Hermann, are the proud parents of a baby girl.
"The couple are overjoyed by the wonder of their new daughter,” her rep says. "Her brother, August, is thrilled to have the sister he's always wanted."
The star and her husband, who wed in 2004, have named her new daughter, who is adopted from here in the United States, Amaya Josephine.
