After firing Gilbert Gottfried for his ill-timed tsunami jokes, the shot-callers at Aflac went the meta route to keep their famous spokes-bird alive ... sort of.
With nary a sound, the company makes light of this recent event - and its hunt for a replacement voice - by temporarily killing off the famed Aflac duck.
Spoiler alert: Poor guy may or may not be run over by a train in this homage to silent films of the early 20th Century. Spoiler alert #2: We laughed.
