Charlie Sheen Sues Warner Brothers and Chuck Lorre for $100 Million

We already knew that Charlie Sheen was ranting and raving mad over his firing from Two and a Half Men. Turns out, he's also suing mad.

The actor has filed a $100 million lawsuit against Warner Brothers and Chuck Lorre, demanding money from the eight axed Two and a Half Men episodes, as well as payment for the cast and crew and punitive damages.

The Warlock

Writes attorney Marty Singer, in documents obtained by TMZ:

"Chuck Lorre, one of the richest men in television who is worth hundreds of millions of dollars, believes himself to be so wealthy and powerful that he can unilaterally decide to take money away from the dedicated cast and crew of the popular television series, 'Two and a Half Men,' in order to serve his own ego and self-interest, and make the star of the Series the scapegoat for Lorre's own conduct."

Singer cites a conspiracy between Lorre and the studio that blames Sheen for the cancellation and says they fired his client when he was sick, which is a violation of state and federal law.

Hey, at least he admits Sheen is sick.
