It's come to this: Bill O'Reilly is the voice of reason.
On that host's Fox News talk show last night, the journalist called out Donald Trump for pushing the absurd notion that Barack Obama was born outside the United States.
Referring to multiple announcements in Honolulu papers that documented Obama's birth, O'Reilly quipped to his guest: "What is he, the Baby Jesus? There was a sophisticated conspiracy to smuggle this baby back into the country?"
O'Reilly went on to doubt that Trump could possibly believe such nonsense, challenging the supposed Presidential candidate for just trying to be "provocative" and remain in the news. Watch the exchange here:

One is a politician, the other a humanitarian. And now Arnold Schwarzenegger and Angelina Jolie can both add a new title to their resumes: comic book hero.
The former Governor of California will soon be transformed by none other than legendary writer Stan Lee, who has created The Governator and tells Entertainment Weekly of the character:
"[He] is going to be a great superhero, but he’ll also be Arnold Schwarzenegger. We’re using all the personal elements of Arnold’s life... Only after he leaves the governor’s office, Arnold decides to become a crime fighter and builds a secret high-tech crime-fighting center under his house in Brentwood.”
Jolie, meanwhile, is the latest in a long line to be honored by Bluewater Productions. That company has also published comic books for Lady Gaga, Justin Biber, Robert Pattinson and many others.
"I learned a great deal about her struggles and triumphs as an award-winning actress, mother and humanitarian," writer Brent Sprecher said of working on the fictional adventure.
He also gave her a giant rack. Check it out above!

Keith Brown, the father of a former classic piano-playing group titled the 5 Browns, was sentenced in court today.
In February, the 55-year old pleaded guilty to sexually abusing three of his kids many years ago, a crime for which he'll spend at least a decade in prison. He'll spend 10 years to life in Utah state prison, a clerk court confirms.
Brown's crimes took place between November 1990 and October 1992; and March 1997 and March 1998.
Daughters Desirae, 32, Deondra, 30, and Melody, 26, have issued a statement saying they came forward about the incidents once rumors that their father would be managing a new band - comprised of teenagers - began to circulate.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have a giant, adorable family. But even doting parents of six need a break once in awhile. Especially doting parents of six.
Fortunately, they got it, taking a 27-hour escape at the luxe Amangiri resort in Lake Powell, Utah. For Brangelina, it was a very much-needed rendezvous.
"Brad said he was enjoying a little mommy and daddy time," a source says of Pitt, who jetted from New Orleans, where he's been filming Cogan's Trade.
Sorry, kids. This trip was adults only.
Checking in at 2 p.m., they enjoyed a late dinner and flew their private plane over Lake Powell the next morning. Suites at the resort go for $3,300 per night.
Why? Because they feature stunning desert views, a full-service spa, yoga and "floatation" pavilions plus a fitness center and beauty salon. Nice downtime.
The couple never schedules film projects concurrently, in order to ensure the children are looked after. But you gotta take time to look after yourselves, too.
"Brad and Angie have a truly loving, caring, romantic relationship," a friend said. "They try to make it possible for to be together as much as possible."
"That's what makes them so successful in love."

Life is tough for Khloe Kardashian. First, she works 25 hours/day, according to Kris Jenner. That's a lot!
Moreover, she's constantly compared to her sisters, Kourtney and Kim Kardashian. Khloe describes what that's like in the latest issue of Middle East Cosmopolitan:
"If I want to wear a long flowing dress, someone will say I'm pregnant. I believe we're not given any more than we can handle and most of the time I can handle it. But we all have fat days and if I'm having one of those days, those sorts of things make me feel down."
Note to Khloe Kardashian: if you don't want people to think you're pregnant, stop mentioning a baby in every other interview.
Khloe could feel better about herself by not stepping out during those "fat days." But then how would she then make a living?
After all, appearing in public is the only skill this family possesses.

We've seen the promo pics. Now Katy Perry's music video for "E.T." has been released. She and Kanye take us to a whole new dimension up in this piece.
The voluptuous star floats in space in extravagant costumes, singing and romancing a Wall-E doppelganger and then some other alien guy. Pretty cool.
All the while, Kanye West raps about getting probed by aliens while floating in a really fancy space ship. Then Katy turns into a minotaur or something.
We're done trying to describe it. Just watch the "E.T." video here:

Camille Grammer is definitely returning to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
But the show is still seeking a new, irritating, spoiled woman to come on board, and an insider tells E! News it has zeroed in on two contenders: Faye Resnick and Ayda Field.
"If I were to put money on it," the source says. "I would say Ayda will be the new cast member."
So, who is Ayda Field?
She is the daughter of a movie producer and actually studied law at Columbia University. But she dropped out to pursue an acting career that has taken her from Days of Our Lives to Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip. She is married to British pop star Robbie Williams.
A rep for Field confirms his client has been "approached," while Resnick will show up again on season two no matter what. Says someone in the know:
"Faye is shooting for the show already because she is an actual friend of the cast. It is still unclear if Faye will remain a friend or become a central character on the show."

Carrie Ann Inaba just got engaged, but is there a Dancing With the Stars coverup in the works regarding Kirstie Alley's first marriage? Star says so.
Kirstie has emerged as a favorite on the show early on, but there's one routine she'd rather forget, the tabloid reports ... her secret first marriage!
Her marriage to Bob Alley ended when she left him for another man. This was like 40 years ago. Not exactly riveting celebrity gossip, Star ...
In other news, there's extreme surgery, cocaine and pills going on. Who knew DWTS was such a hotbed for scandal?
steve@thehollywoodgossip.com (Free Britney) 01 Apr, 2011
She always has something to say to contestants on Dancing with the Stars, but Carrie Ann Inaba was left speechless this morning.
That's because boyfriend Jesse Sloan proposed to Inaba - while she was guest hosting Live with Regis and Kelly!
The event went down during the closing minutes of the show, as Regis Philbin pretended to answer a viewer's question about how to most romantically pop the question to his girlfriend. From there, the lights dimmed, violinists appeared, Sloan entered... and see the tears flow below:
Carrie Ann Inaba: Engaged on TV!
Kim Zolciak is ready to blow. Because she's very pregnant? Sure.
But mostly because she's just so darn angry at castmate NeNe Leakes.
"NeNe has problems. I never want to speak to her again," Zolciak told Life & Style this week, following the "Free Sweetie" radio campaign launched by Leakes, in which she hands out t-shirts/posters on behalf of Zolciak's assistant.
On The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Kim and NeNe often got into it over the former's treatment of Sweetie, as Zolciak says of the campaign: "It's disgusting."
Leakes, who is engaged in a separate feud with Star Jones, is simply a "liar," Kim tells the tabloid. And Kim has "a problem with liars."
How does NeNe feel about her Bravo rival? She makes it clear when asked about Zolciak's impending child: "I'm not interested in seeing the baby, and I have no plans to send a gift. Absolutely no plans at all."

Things looked bleak on the After The Final Rose special, but Brad Womack and Emily Maynard swore they were still together and in this for the long haul.
The doubters may be proven wrong after all.
According to Life & Style, Emily Maynard has decided to make the move from North Carolina to Texas with her 5-year-old daughter, Ricki, to be with Brad!
That movie date really won Ricki over ...
Brad and Emily pose with their pimp.
"She feels like the best thing to do is to give this a real shot and put her heart into it by moving to Austin for the summer," an insider close to Emily said.
"She's going to get her own condo there. She's not moving in with him."
As for why Brad didn't move to Charlotte? It was his non-negotiable:
"Love is a compromise, but that's the only thing I was adamant about. I have some strong roots there. I don't want to relocate. I have a career in Austin."
What do you think? Will he and Emily make it?

Teen Wolf is coming to MTV.
As teased in the first trailer for this upcoming drama, the network is updating the Michael J. Fox film from the 1980s, airing 12 episodes of a series that features Tyler Posey as a newly-bitten high school student.
An extended preview for the show has been released, causing viewers to wonder: Will this be a success along the lines of Twilight or The Vampire Diaries? Or an embarrassing, unnecessary remake? Get a taste of what premieres on June 5 and decide for yourself...

Jacob Lusk has a tendency to be overly dramatic on American Idol. It's what has made this season 10 finalist a polarizing singer.
It's also what concerned Jimmy Iovine last night, as the producer was afraid Lusk's style would negatively affect his cover of "Sorry Seems to Be the Hardest Word" and Jacob might "blow the whole thing."
J. Lo thought the rendition was "beautiful," while Steven Tyler said both halves of the song just "blew me away." Do you agree? Or was there almost too much emotion in this performance? Watch and decide.

In music and in fashion, Britney Spears is back on top.
She’s not renowned for stepping out in high-fashion threads (she prefers the hooded sweatshirt and jeans look, y'all), but she sure looks the part if she tries.
Case in point? Sexy ensembles from Italian designers Dolce & Gabbana in a new set of promotional ads for the company. See Britney Spears pictures below:
“We love Britney Spears and we love to dance to her new songs! We can’t wait to hear the whole album,” the design duo told the Telegraph (UK).
“She has always been among our favourite artists because she has been able to remain true to herself and to her style throughout the years."
"With her music she influenced and inspired generations of people for more than 10 years, and we can’t but congratulate her for this achievement.”
Indeed. She looks a little confused in the first image above, but that's pretty much par for the course these days. Confused but oh-so-sensual.

Speaking out against claims by Brittany Maggard that she profited from beating Britany Truett to a pulp, Jenelle Evans says she did nothing of the sort.
Did not profit, that is. Jenelle delivered a beating, alright.
Monday, the Teen Mom 2 star was arrested and charged with a misdemeanor for disorderly conduct after TMZ posted a video of her beating up Truett.
Now, the MTV reality star claims that Brittany Maggard, who instigated the fight with Truett, was the one who turned a profit with the shocking tape.
Evans charges that Maggard sold off the clip to the media for $45,000. "She told me herself and I got very upset," Evans told E! "I cried for two hours."
Maggard was arrested for violating probation (stemming from a previous assault conviction) after the video showed her encouraging Jenelle to fight.
Evans' lawyer said of the charge that this reeks of an orchestrated stunt: "Based on the information I have received, I believe Jenelle was set up."
Truett, the punching bag, was busted as well, but plans to claim she only got into fisticuffs with Jenelle as a matter of self-defense. Not a stretch.
"I think we have a very solid self defense claim and we are continuing to investigate the matter," Truett's attorney, Adrian Iaplucci, tells E! News.
"We are ready to take care of this as soon as possible."
Jenelle was apparently far from pleased about her ex, Kieffer Delp, making a pass at Truett, or vice versa. Whatever the case, she went OFF.
Evans, the mother to 19-month-old son Jace, who is now under the primary custody of Jenelle's own mom, is due back in court on April 26.

It's among mankind's most vexing questions: what is the appeal of the Kardashians, a family with no personality, talent or positive contributions to society of any kind?
In the latest issue of Redbook, Khloe Kardashian somehow keeps a straight face when answering: "We are a real family. We don't sugarcoat anything. We're not the Brady Bunch, but we always put each other first. We love each other on camera, we cry on camera. I think people relate to the realness of it."
These are the same people who somehow believe Kim Kardashian Tweets at them due to a personal attachment, not as a contribution to her empire.
What is the biggest misconception about the family? Manager and matriarch Kris Jenner tackles this inquiry, hilariously lying stating:
"All of my daughters have jobs. They are fashion stylists and designers; they own a chain of stores. They had the stores before they had the show. And my kids worked from the time they were 13 years old... They work 25 hours a day. And that they don't have any talent?
They might not be singers or dancers, but they certainly know how to produce a television show. Whether you want to call it talent or not, they have multiple shows on the air. [I want to say,] How many shows do you have?"
That cannot be denied, Kris. But it must be asked: do they have multiple shows on the air due to anything the Kardashians offer? Or due to the sheer ignorance/stupidity of viewers?

Eminem and Rihanna? Rolling in their graves.
Yes, we know they're not actually dead. But they might wish they were after watching the OFFICIAL music video for Invisalign. Its name: "Love Invisalign."
Love the way you lie. Love Invisalign. Clever as that play on words is, it can't salvage this attempt at rapping. It's like the dental equivalent of adult braces.

Katy Perry's new music video is for her song "E.T." But rather than Steven Spielberg's alien creation of decades past, she's channeling Lady Gaga and Avatar.
Or so it would appear in these promotional pics released by her label, Capitol, in advance of the video. Maybe with a little David Bowie thrown in there as well?
Click on the Katy Perry pictures below to enlarge some of her various looks for the video. Whatever she's going for, her style is out of this world (booo!) ...

Was there any doubt Scotty McCreery would take on "Country Comfort" last night?
As the young artist himself said, it's Elton John's only country single, and he's an aspiring country singer, after all.
Randy loves the performance, which includes a shout-out to Scotty's grandmother, but a similar dilemma faces McCreery that faces Thia Megia: will he need to mix up his song choices if he hopes to go all the way? Or is natural, impressive talent all one needs, even if such talent is only ever presented within the same genre?
Scotty McCreery - Country Comfort
Calling all Warlocks: we know when and where you can party with Charlie Sheen.
Following his live show in NYC on April 8, the actor will host a shindig in Carlstadt, New Jersey, a town with a population of around 6,000 that typically employs three police officers per shift.
But, as TMZ reports, the police department will be extra careful with the gathering at Dragonfly nightclub. At least 10 officers will be brought in to handle crowd and traffic control.
Combing this news with the latest security fears from Denise Richards, at least Sheen's antics are resulting in extra work around the country. Still, there has to be a safer, less insane way to create jobs, doesn't there?
Meanwhile, if you wish to see Sheen on TV and not in person, circle April 12 on your calendar.
On that date, the star will play a role on Drew Carey's Improv-A-Ganza. It airs on the Game Show Network and the appearance dates back to January, when Charlie joined the show's cast on stage for a performance at the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.
In his sketch, Sheen separates the men from "the trolls" and is assisted by comics Ryan Stiles and Greg Proops.
Did you believe in Thia Megia last night?
The young American Idol hopeful dedicated her rendition of "Daniel" to her brother and was told by Jimmy Iovine that "if they believe it, you get to the following week. If they don't, I don't believe you do."
So the challenge was laid out, and Megia didn't falter in the face of it. But she also performed yet another ballad, the third of the evening, and one that couldn't compete with those of Lauren Alaina and Pia Toscano.
Might Thia be in trouble? Randy said she may have played it too safe. We'll find out tonight.

American Idol saves the final spot in its performance shows for its favorites, its most buzz-worthy contestants.
Therefore, it was a bit perplexing last night when the concluding act was not Pia Toscano or Jacob Lusk or James Dubin. Instead, Haley Reinhart was given the honor...
... and she proceeded to prove she was worthy of it.
Covering "Bennie and the Jets," Haley started out lounging on a piano (the same one Durbin set on fire) and ended up waving her arms around on stage, clearing having fun and leading Steven Tyler to quip: "You. Sing. Sexy."
Haley Reinhart - Bennie and the Jets
Randy called this the best performance of the night. Do you agree?

The girl who helped instigate Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans' fight with Britany Truett that got her arrested claims Jenelle stands to make money off the melee.
Brittany Maggard claims Jenelle only fought Truett because Maggard, Maggard's sister, and their pal Nick - who had the camera that taped it - "had her back."
After Jenelle beat Truett's ass, Maggard says she and Nick came up with the idea to sell the video, which Jenelle Evans said was a "good idea" and pursued.
According to Maggard, the Teen Mom train wreck got in touch with "someone she knows at a [photo] agency to purchase the video," which sold for $5,000.
Jenelle wanted a bigger cut of that than her co-conspirators because, as she said, "You wouldn't get any money if I wasn't famous!" So true and well put.
The video shows Evans pushed by Maggard toward Truett, who she accused of making a pass at her ex Kieffer Delp. Jenelle pounded her senseless.
As we told you earlier in the week, Jenelle's lawyer believes she was set up by Maggard and others who orchestrated the fight solely to cash in.
He tells TMZ that "I am very happy with [Jenelle Evans'] position. We are investigating the case and we will be ready for court on April 26."

If it ain't broken, Pia Toscano isn't gonna fix it.
The American Idol finalist went back to the ballad well last night, covering Elton John's "Don't Let the Sun Go Down on Me" and doing it very well.
But might this incredible talent need to mix up her repertoire if she hopes to win it all? Randy thinks so, asking Pia to "switch gears" a bit, while J. Lo posed an interesting question: "What are you going to do to surprise us next week?"
With competition such as Lauren Alaina coming on strong, it's an interesting issue. Take in Pia's latest rendition below.
Pia Toscano - Don't Let the Sun Go Down on Me
Britney Spears is being sued by her former business partners for breach of contract, fraud and deceit, and it all stems from her signature scent.
The pop singer was slapped with a $10 million lawsuit because of Radiance and a multi-million branding deal with beauty giant Elizabeth Arden.
Britney and father Jamie are accused of being "sneaky and underhanded" in moves to cut Brand Sense Partner, LLC., out of a licensing pact.
Another week, another legal saga for Britney Spears.
"Britney secretly made a deal with Elizabeth Arden in an underhanded effort to circumvent and evade obligations to Brand Sense," the suit states.
"Effectively, Britney improperly and illegally cut Brand Sense out of the deal." Brand Sense accuses Britney of "concealment and evasive actions."
We have no idea who's in the right and who's in the wrong here, but we strongly suggest she name her next scent Poo Cocktail. So seductive.

The pressure was on Casey Abrams last night.
Following his shocking save on Thursday, the American Idol contestant had to prove the judges made the right choice. Did he succeed?
We think so. Abrams toned down some of his typical antics and performed a tender cover of "Your Song." Randy went a little overboard with his praise, likely in an effort to justify the panel's decision to keep Casey around. This was a perfectly solid rendition.
But was it really "absolutely brilliant," as the Dawg decreed?
matt@iscribelimited.com (Hilton Hater) 31 Mar, 2011
Lauren Alaina tackled an iconic Elton John single last night, the track this singer wrote in honor of Princess Diana.
It was a challenge for the American Idol finalist, but one that may have turned her into a season 10 contender.
Giving the ballad a unique sound via her country twang, Alaina earned overflowing praise from the judges. Randy referred to the cover as "sensitive," while Steven said it was perfect and J. Lo gushed: "You were gorgeous... That was it, baby. That was amazing."
Do we have a new front runner?
Lauren Alaina - Candle in the Wind
Is there any doubt now that James Durbin is a rock star?
The American Idol finalist started his Elton John cover (of "Saturday Night's Alright for Fighting") in the crowd last night, eventually making his way on to the stage, belting out the lyrics - and leaping off the piano just as it caught fire.
A bit of a gimmick? Sure. But entertaining and unexpected, as well.
Randy actually summed James up well with the following critique after the quasi rock concert: "You enjoy yourself; that's the greatest thing about any performer performing."
James Durbin - Saturday Night's Alright for Fighting
